The Fund will invest at least 85% of its NAV in the Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund
(formerly known as CIMB-Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund) (“Target Fund”),
a Malaysian-domiciled fund established on 25 April 2011, which invests in the Asia Pacific ex Japan region.
The Fund may also maintain up to 15% of its NAV in liquid assets.
