The AmPRS – Growth Fund may invest its assets into a well-diversified portfolio comprising the
following asset classes:
The Investment Manager may opt to invest in the securities directly or via CIS of AFM or other CIS such as REITs and ETFs. In the event of a severe market condition, the Investment Manager may employ a temporary defensive position and deviate from the investment strategy and asset allocation of the Fund by reducing the Fund’s exposure in equities and/or equity-related securities and increasing the Fund’s exposure in fixed income securities, money market instruments and/or deposits. The AmPRS – Growth Fund may also invest in derivatives for the purpose of hedging (subject to the PRS Guidelines) if it is deemed necessary to do so. |
